These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ILP platform ("the Platform"), operated by [ILP] ("Org," "we," "us," or "our"), located at [Iraq-ilp.org].

Restrictions: You must not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our content.
Use our content for any commercial purpose without express written consent.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations.
3. User-Generated Content
Responsibility: The Platform may allow you to post, upload, or share content, such as learning goals, progress notes, and reflections ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content.
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by posting it on the Platform, you grant ILP a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving the Platform and providing our services to you.
Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to post User Content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, or contains explicit or offensive material.
Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion.
4. Privacy and Data Use
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including the data you input into your learning plan. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

"As Is" Basis: The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
